Ginger Sardine Plate

– 1 can of Iconic Sardines in Olive Oil with Ginger
– 1 slice of rustic bread, toasted
– 1 poached egg
– 2 tbsp cream cheese
– ½ avocado, sliced
– 3–4 cherry tomatoes, halved
– 2–3 black olives, sliced
– A small handful of arugula
– Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

 

1. On a plate, spread the cream cheese as a base.

 

2. Arrange arugula, avocado, tomatoes, olives, and sardines on top.

 

3. Place the poached egg in the center, drizzle with ginger olive oil, and season with black pepper.

 

4. Serve with toasted bread on the side.
