– 1 slice of whole grain bread
– 4–5 slices of fresh cucumber
– 2 sardines in spicy olive oil 
– 1 soft-boiled egg
– A pinch of black sesame seeds

PREPARATION

 

1. Lightly toast the whole grain bread until crisp.

2. Arrange the cucumber slices evenly on top of the bread.

3. Place the sardines over the cucumber slices.

4. Add a soft-boiled egg (with a runny yolk) to one side of the toast.

5. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds for extra flavor and a touch of crunch.
